Has anyone tried to extend, or enlarge the paddle shifters on the DFP? I find they are way too small.

Couple of lolly sticks, some super-glue and an elastic band?
There was a thread somwhere in the dim and distant past about this - may have been Gogs's. He likes to dismantle.
