no pictures or advertising... is just a chunk of brown rubber; a little harder on the edges, with a squidgy middle... but do not underestimate this mod... i don't think i've locked a brake since fitting it, and my times have improved on most tracks. The key here is consistency; i can now feel the brakes through my foot, and can nail the stop pretty much every time; is difficult explain, but it certainly works for me. Also received an email for Dave Nicholson at NiXiM, suggesting i try a different sensitivity setting in GTR2 for improved results - i do like it when companies take an active interest in their products. Top marks all round from me.
