where do you get that gogs? I looked in device manager, but no power management tab

start / control panel / system / hardware / device manager

scroll all the way down to " universal serial bus controllers"

click and expand it, you should see a few

"USB Root Hub"

right click on one of them, then click "properties"

5th tab along Power Manager, click it

if anyone also wants to know

the other power manager stuff can be found by right clicking on your desktop then it's properties / screen saver / power /

ahhh i turned off all power management things. no power management tab  in the device manager on usb root hub
