i found the FBMW's easy to paint.  they have bases in the template so its easy to just throw one together for the first time. i just added some logos and repainted the already done base. heres how mine turned out after about 2 hours of work. this was my first as well.

Hey Gooseman, that paint job has inspired me.    I think I'll do a University of Utah themed car.

And Jarkko, what's a favorite GTL to paint?

Updated Number Templates

SJ Logos

 

Would it be possible to get the number template in a larger size? I'd like 300dpi. I need to print them so CMYK. Must have room for numbers 8" in height (I already have the numbers, just need the plate to go behind them). Want to use the SJ number plate on my real cars.

Any suggestion for vinyl printers would be nice also, maybe we should do a batch of these if there are more people interested. So far the best I can find is around $5 each cutout, $50 minimum orders.
