hi guys
i might be completely wrong here, and yet again talking from my crinkly brown rosebud, but if we put logo's on the cars, will that be like a new skin, and as such, mean that EVERYONE will have to download EVERYONE ELSE'S to keep from getting the sever problems we've already had

just wondering thats all  ???

these logo's are for using when making skins/standalones.

yes ted, the downloads will be available at your discretion m8,and found on the simjunkies main page,i don't think they will be added to server just yet!! but can be downloaded to view in singleplayer without causing to many problems.
i think Marcus needs to test them first to see if there are any problems with the cars themself.before he tells you they added to server.

new skins do not have to be downloaded, new standalones do. a skin is just a covering on an exsiting car, while a standalone is a completely new car number to the game. if you don't have it it will confuse the game because it wont beable to find that car number. this is why we should limit the carpacks used on our server.

you can make them, bigger and smaller, change their colour and reverse them

car names, company logos blah blah

Logos - Racing logos - flames, I got s@$T-loads of decals here.  About 300meg worth - I could zip them up I suppose   :biggrin:

I found a place that has tons of Vector logos.  For those of you who don't know, vector images are made using mathematical equations (points connected by splines, curves or straight lines) instead of pixels.

In other words, you can make the image as big as the frikin moon and not lose any detail.  Cool huh?
