GTL Icon Templates

I made these templates to save myself a little time when I'm making the icons for GTL standalones.

Thought I'd share.

They're in .psd format and pretty self explanatory.

I just thought the time I'd spent painting over the original cars in orange could be put to better use!

Damn right m8... i hated the icon making part before i got templates and now its actually

just as long as you don't do to good a job of the icons, a good few of the SJ cars look so authentic it's hard to tell if they are originals or standalones.

I use the gimp. I clicked on add alpha channel. will it work that way for the icons.

I think you need to Use the templates to get the alpha channel right, you can copy and paste from the existing icons.  :yep:

What i did was made a new file then pasted from the icon i had already  made. then saved the icons  as 15_SIM_GTC_RENAULTIcon & 15_SIM_GTC_RENAULTIconDisabled & saved the icons as tga files. have I got it right this time?

you gotta check if it shows in game properly, that way you know you got it right... impossible to say without testing :)
