If you have THIS plugin installed into Photoshop, you should be able to import and export .dds files.

I'm still using CS2, but as far as I know it should work fine with CS3 too.

I use CS3 also and i do have the dds plug in from nvidia, i think it is when i try to save the file, the box comes up but i am not sure what settings to use when saving. I tried it with one car and the file size was 2,817kb compared to 558kb of a game file and the game crashed at boot up. Anyone help with the dds plugin settings when saving please guys? Thanks in advance.

Since i have had my coffee and are rather in a good mood this morning i will try to explain what i meens right here.
Why i do not know and how i do not know, but i do know that you need these here selections to make the car,windows, and interior windows show as they should in game.
You should try it m8, it is damn fun, and skinning has never been easier then it is in Race07.

DXT1 no alpha is needed cause if you choose with alpha tha car will probably only show as black or white.(i learned that by mistake)

Also when making the .INI file and putting your stuff in there, remember to name then right. i did the mistake of putting int windows where normal windos should be and vice versa. that looked very nice when i started the game.
