I've been searching for a small, high banked oval, and came across THIS.

I'm not active a NoGrip, so was wondering if anyone else can ask this fella whats the score with his track...

It does say it has a problem with sliding AI, but we don't use AI anyway so it doesn't matter...

the other option is for me to convert a GTR2 track and seek permission from original author/converter/whomever...

If you've got the ability to convert one to GTL, then I think that'd be wonderful. If you need help trying to get permission let me know. Not that I have any pull with anyone over there, but I'd be willing to try.

richmond could be fun and the gtr2 version is done by n2lo who we have some ins with at nagp. He's done a lot of the other ovals as well.

I am not adverse to sticking a special event into the calendar, if that's what the majority fancy; maybe Falcons and Mustangs at Daytona... but the ovals are a little tedious on the eye, and having seen night racing in NASCAR, i would like consider the oval race at night. However, i know that people have frame issues running in the dark, so fully understand if this is not possible.

I don't want to ditch AlfaTina just yet, as there are still some outstanding tracks to visit; but if people are tiring of the cars, then i am happy to consider a switch. Although while fine for a special event, Falcons and Mustangs would not be my choice for a regular series. Perhaps we could have a 3 car option, such as Mini/Arbarth/Elite, and drivers choose 2 from the 3 for the evenings racing... perhaps the Elite-Mini-Bar league at some stage... the name certainly fits the ethos of the events!
