Dont know if its the same as the momo, but if it is theres an option box in 'control panel'/'game controlers'/ 'propertys'/' settings' that needs to be ticked/unticked  called 'combined axis' (on the momo this needs to be unticked)
not sure but hope it helps
good luck mate and hope your  :gtg: (another triumph by Lord B )

silicon lubricants and pots don't get along...see if you can find a graphite lube.

looks like it might be the Replacement.try the old steering wheel gas/brake pedals same thing, Gas pedal fine, brake pedal fully locked (has in calibrations settings).

try 2 diffrent drivers. SST programming driver from saitek.and non whql version of the same driver also saitek. both unreponsive on the brake pedal.

nah m8, been told there a jumper you can remove/de solder to make the r440 work on wins xp which seems to be causing the problem, since microsoft introduced  there own ffb drivers causing all other ffb drivers to not function properly, and i not the good at desoldering, too much of it and i could melt the fine lines of pcb board.Saitek are at the moment, looking into this and say it won't be possible to get the r440 working on win xp.

THanks microsoft. ( yah d***s)
