I cant find my steam games

1 little question.... you probably think im thick or summat but i cant get my head in gear :think:

How do i access the root folders  of my steam games..... i want to put a file in gtr evo but i cant find it except in my steam games list  :?:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\cci_mbmac  :tut:

obviously change the username  ;)

Should be something along the lines of
"C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\[your name]\race 07

I found steamapss but there is no name of mine... just my games which i cant open cos they GCF files and i dunno what they are even

GTR evo seems to be the same as your Race07 folder m8ey....

and if you put in a track, for the first time... i found there was no structure there for the gamedata/locations..
so just drop it in there like this:   C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\sj_stein\race 07\Gamedata\Locations

that's where i dropped the gamedata... in Race07 folder and it works ingame ... good luck sir!

Also, your user name is your STEAM user name, not your RACE07 username. (If they are different, as are mine)  :)

Thats my prob.... i go to my computer... drive c.... program files... steam... steampps... then i can see my game but no name of mine just the games in GCF files...which i cant open :(

Have you look in C:\Program\Steam\SteamApps\
That is where i have mine.........

Sorted it.... i recently reinstalled and needed to actually run the game for my root to appear... as if by magic :)
