Is there any way to make the 'puter cars faster in GTL?

In the User Data/your name/.PLR file you can adjust several parameters for the AI.
I think it goes further ythan the general difficulty setting.

Had mine set to these settings as i tried to race fundidora park, took me quite a bit longer to beat the AI this way...
