. Think he would be better served looking for a Sports Car drive, to prove he doesn't need to go back to Indycar to be succesful.
Thing is - there have been a lot of really good drivers who just don't cut it in F1: Maybe it is the technology or the way the sport runs but think of JJ Lehto for example: bloody quick driver, had that amazing race at Le Mans when he was faster than any other GT through the night in torrential rain, gets involved in that awful startline crash at Imola in 1994, aggravates his broken neck injury and that's the end of his F1 career.
Ironic thing was, he was probably the closest competition Schumacher ever had in an F1 car (my opinion obviously
