I think the 'maybe' is some term like 'absolute' , which they seem to use for type of corner.
They say absolute before long ongoing turns.
They say 'dear God' too. Ari is not impressed and I think he shuts the co up and wants notes, MORE NOTES! Insane!

I think 'maybe' means 'absolute' if the conditions allow (if its slightly damp an 'absolute' becomes a 'maybe' ) but pace notes are as individual as driving styles so only the guys in the car are sure what stuff means.
