Nice start of the new season.
Pedrosa had a superstart, then when Rossi passed him I thought Rossi would have a fair chance to win, however things went a little bit wrong. Stoner just raced very effecient and his victory is no surprise. Great debut from Lorenzo, if Yamaha just manages to extract a bit more power out of the engine he's a favorite for the title. (if not already

) Pedrosa did very well, managing a third place after so much trouble isn't an easy feat. Dovizioso's battle with Rossi was breathtaking, I'm sure we're going to see more from him in the next races

Also nice to see three different makes on the podium.

good race for the first 1 of the season stoner again waited then made a move. good debut from Lorenzo,Dovizioso and toseland just wait till the small and tight tracks toseland will be there again its a shame he's bike is slow, and what up with rossi and he's one of the oldest in the race

Switch to Bridgestone tyres is proven to be a bad decision for Mr. Rossi

At least for qualify that is, we'll see tomorrow what happens during the race.

Hopefully Bridgestone will get a front qualifying tire worked out soon as their current qualifier isn't any better than the race tire so they say.

Perfect race from Pedrosa, also Rossi did very well and kept Lorenzo behind him (I expected more from Lorenzo because of his showing in practice & qualify) and also Nicky Hayden had a good race. Nice battle for 5th place, a bit sad for Dovizioso to lose 3 places in the last corner & straight but the pace was good so next race better I guess.

Jerez just isn't Stoner's track it appears. Melandri and the satelite riders just haven't figured out how to ride the Duc.

that was a weird race in WSB alot of them fell of and the last lap checa made a stupid move for the lead on last lap and took them both out
the BSB was call of because of very heavy SNOW

I am a huge fan of motorbike racing my fav Motogp rider of all time has to be V.Rossi 7 times world champion. My favortie WSB was james toseland but he is now in moto gp.. I once got to shake jame's hand and get a signed picture of him and a few other riders at cadwell park. also i have been on a pit walk on friday practice and donnington park for motogp that was awesome i had to wear some ear plugs though them bikes are extremly loud.
