SR has nothing to do with where you finish, you get same SR points no matter if you are last or win.
(what counts is trying to get as many safe corners as possible, apparently)

Yeah it could be possible, for the hit detection to check the gap for example me thinks,
as the game allready calculates every car related to you.

ok now you got my attention, what are the missing features Jarkko?

Heres some:

Saving replays
Engine/transmission damage
blue/yellow flags
no pit stops
spotters (this game does have a plenty of oval racing)

Then theres debatable stuff.

Lack of content
Removing tow option (basically you can completely total the car twice and still finish)
Unrealistic input methods give no penalty whatsoever
You can flatshift without any penalty whatsoever
Some website improvements and bug fixes (like easy list of all sessions/it always reverses quali times in stats by default)

Theres few.. it has no weather, no nightracing, only sprintraces, limited amount of series, plenty of stuff i dont like, and many expect.
Some series are badly thought out.. (road legends are on unsuitable tracks and optimised for ovals, Rookie and advanced solstice tracks make you run the same tracks too much etc.) Oh yeah.. its also way too american as it is.. but like i said some of these things are a matter of
opinion, but clearly there are loads of features etc. missing too.
Still gives really nice races though. :)

EDIT:I wanna add, that im not disapointted with the game, im enjoying it.. but im still little bit bothered by some things. But im definitely planning to continue my subscription for little bit more.

thanks for a really honest and accurate answer jarkko  :salute:

Having NOT played this as much as Jarkko has, but I will stand by his answer to the fullest. It is pretty spot on.

Though the racing itself is very good. physics and all.
The thing about "tow car" is absolutely useless in my opinion. They aim for real but still implement some stupid "arcade" feature. If you get wrecked then though. it sucks but it is the way things go. If you cannot reach pits then you should be out.

To few options on the way the series is layed out.
Like he said. No night racing. No sprint races. But not to say that it might not be added later though.
Lots to do there first. Lights working, pits working, and so on.

I too will prob let my money drop a bit longer, but that is probably because I am to bored to un-subscribe :)

I hope for a bit more european stuff to choose from in the future though.
If not then I am prob going to drop it after a while.

Now if Simbin could do us a favour and drop GTR&2(I know they are much the same),GTL,Race07 and GTR-evolution in one big pack as a single standalone pack..........
Even if most people have them all from before I am sure that they would benefit HUGE from that.

UUUUUPS wrong thread for that :)
