You certainly know your way round a camera mate!  Superb stuff.

The light in that last one in particular...  pro quality.  Is it all in-camera or is there a little tweaking?  I'm guessing the former.

 :hats off:

Giz a job.....i can do that  ;)

I shoot in raw if that means anything to you, means i do it all after the pic was taken, but the dog pic did not need much as the day was perfect.

Photography is my other hobby when not sat here and makes me chill out.......well thats the idea anyway.

Rebel is 3 1/2 and goes everywhere with me.

Thanks for looking and the comments :)

Yep - I'm a bit of a Photoshop bore myself!  Hehe!

Great pics and geat composition mate - no amount of Photoshopping will turn a duff pic into something of the quality your's have.  I'm trying to work out a way of affording a decent DSLR, my old film SLR is looking a bit past it now, and I hardly ever use it anymore.

Well i have a few, a lot of the pics on my site were with the Canon 30D, then i got a 40D....
Then a cheap 400D came up so got that for macro as it is smaller, but never really used it.
So in a moment of madness i gave the 30D and 400D to my 2 sons to use.

Now i use a 5D for static and scenic shots and my 40D for action and macro shots.

Thanks for the comments all.
Sadly i don't get out much to use them at the moment, so i do a bit of macro round the garden.

The ship is a remake of the "santa maria" one of Columbus' 3 ships, hence "Columbus" ohio, the airport is called "port Columbus Int." and the state flag is of nautical heritage.

I'm just using a Nikon coolpix L16, but has a decent shutter speed and a high res for prints and will do some good night shots as well, and i have a lil 14" telescoping tri-pod that extends to 3 feet tall, comes in handy for video shooting.

If you liked those Beta, let me know what ya think of some of these, from around ,my local area.
Cheers. Another public link.

A couple of them water lilly s would cover my pond  :o

A lot of the plants are the same too which surprised me.
You seem to live in a nice area for plants and stuff and if thats on your door step you are lucky.

Some nice skys going on there too.......and if there is one thing i would like to come to the states for then it would be the weather system.......the crap weather not the sun.
I would love to come and photograph that...... i do like a good storm and they are weak here.

Then i would move on to the sunshine and find all the trucks, pickups, custom bikes and click my heart out  :P

Now that my 'puter is back up, I have pics too!  These are of a recent trip I took through the mountains on my FZ750, as well as my 944 project.  Shitty camera, but beautiful roads for moto riding!

      thumbs up       :excellent:        :raver:
