Well, in answer to the fine paint job Lord B did for SJ_Damaged & the Vampires casual racing club, I thought I'd cobble one up for myself, just to see if I could. I hadn't done a GTR2 car before, so this is the first.
I did the basic work a while ago now and then forgot about it as other things took priority. I found myself at a bit of a loose end the other day and decided to finish it off (well as near as dammit anyway).
In the U.K. people working the night shift commonly refer to it as "The graveyard shift" - at least in my part of the world. I liked the name for late night racing and so I adapted the true industrial meaning to a more spooky one to be in keeping with "The Vampires". It was also easier to dream up

a paint job.
I unashamedly stole Byron's idea of displaying the car number on the windows. Hope you don't mind m8. It wouldn't have looked right anywhere else.
I'm not what you'd call a prolific painter. I just do the odd one or two when the fancy takes me (which ain't all that often). I tend to do a car out of curiosity and to prove to myself that I can. For me, figuring out the method is the fun bit. Once that's done I tend to lose interest and it just becomes work instead of fun. Yeah, I know, I'm weird

.
I know I haven't been racing much of late, but as I have not yet been drummed out of our growing community for inactivity I guess I'm still an SJ'er . That being the case this car also qualifies for car pack inclusion, being made "in house" as it were

. Obviously I can supply a version without my race number (25) or name on the driver's door if required.
Of course, it's a stand alone car and not just a skin. Anyway, here are a few pics. Hope you like it.

P.s. My sum total of cars for GTL was, er, 1. You never know, I might get all enthusiastic and double my output for GTR2 provided I can dream up another theme that's morbid enough

.
