Just installed, need help
« on: May 22, 2008, 12:54:05 am »
I just installed this GTR2 and the P & G mod to give it another shot...but am having major issues with driving the cars.

I have set it to simulation therefore braking assist should be turned off, right?
Every time I lift off the throttle the game automatically applies the brakes, so much so that in turns a lift of the gas causes the car to lock the brakes and understeer off the track. I have tried checking in the plr file, but no changes seem to make any difference.
i have pacthed game to 1.1 but its bloody horrible.

Assignt brake pedal first then throttle.
Are you sure you dont have "combined axis" on in the control panel?

tried to reassign, but it appears that the brake is permanently pressed down, combined is unchecked in logi profiler.
using a G25

DOH!!! stupid me, when assigning pedals it was in 1st gear in the H shifter GRRR.
