I don't know if you guys may already know this, but Butch has recently rereleased the TR4 and Porsche 904 in updates.

The 904 is now Version 1.5 and the Triumph is now version 2.5.

Remember too, now we'll have to check which version it's for with skins at NoGrip etc.

Dang, Now I gotta redo my Triumph and 904!!

Triumph's done and converted to LHD now.

I understand the 904 had a few bugs which are now fixed. (?) Haven't checked yet. I do know that "mine" has no rear view mirror but as a "shadow" of one. So, we shall see what happens with the update.

Oh, and on other add ons news. I see scca1981 has updated the Fiat 131 Turbo and AAR Cuda.

Geez, there's been enough changes lately, I have to redo my burn disc of GTL mods!

Anyways, I'm working on a 131 as I really like this car. This is the pics from the non-turbo as i will do the same car for both versions. (Why not? Real teams do right?) I also added the_brace's tach. You may recognise it from the rfactor Beetle (yes he got permission as also the Beetle will soon be released for GTL. YAY!! As I hate rfactor.. well, dislike it compared to the others at least...

)

Not sure if the "Normal" 131 is available anywhere anymore but the Turbo is. Love the sounds of either, but the Turbo is faster then I am!! hahahaa. I prefer the non-turbo and have it burnt to disc so such is life.

Anyways. As usual the stripes are the biggest hurdle, getting them lined up and all....What a pain. At least this car don't have the gtl files to open and close every time.

Lots happening in GTL land eh? The Volvo P1800. Spridget, 917.......

But Cas, it's still in primer! And the stripe don't line up. See on the back of the hood? And from the rear there is NO stripe yet...

Tell ya what I\ll do. I'll make a "Special Caspar Edition"

Put it together on the turbo and send you a link when it's done. Cool? I can call it um.....the street version or some such. You want it THAT plain? I already aqdded the blue Toronto flag at the end but right now am just working on lining up the stripe you see and then adding/lining up the back one.

OH, I know, I know. It can be a version of the race car that will be the finished product, but um, an early version (because of the lack of markings/sponsers) we put together for a race at Zandvoort......yeah..um..I like that........

When I get the stripes done, I will redo the files for a different standalone and put it together for the turbo. (I been making the non'turbo first and the turbo in parallel.)

Stripe took me forever!! This 28" screen sure helps with this shit.

I had to make the template 4096 and move the stripe a "hair" about 9 bloody times..phew.

Now to get the back stripe on and do the tga files and I will upload it when done to Petrolmania so you can get one.
