a blast to drive, the second car from the top has some trouble with his mirrors, the orange/black one... they drive nice, getting consistant 1.23's on goodwood with a bodged setup.. so i'd imagine the really fast boys pulling high 1.20's there,maybe even 1.19's


oh and the lights inside the cockpit donot work... the overrev ones i mean.. same dials as the CSL.. same sounds as the CSL.. the readme was on about something that 5th gear was introduced bladiblahblah.. but this one just has the regular 5 gears.. with the revcounter upsidedown.. but i guess that's what the csl had too right?! cant remember.. doh!


anyways.. would like some fun with these please!

as far as i can tell it is a modified CSL from GTL  with new physics  :dunno:

I have the exact same orange an white 2800 in the LM72 category in the HistoricX mod, if not , certainly resembles it ;) , dunno though.

Just checked up on that one T and there might be something.....

Turns out to me that the Historix 2800 is built from the schachinger bmw CSL.. as they have forgotten to get that name off the windscreen from the INSIDE!

and that car, the particular model with it's stripings, looks to me like it's the original colours of the car when it raced back then!

so you could be right.... or someone could have twisted conflicts between the two groups.   i dont know and i'm not the one to step in between.. let them fight it out...   just keep an eye out on the forums..
(as it will take another 2 years for NG to take it down if it's illegal)
the car is VERY EASY to drive though..

that wouldn't surprise me at all,  the readme with the car states it was built using GTL content for use in GTL.
 i can only assume that the HistoricX mod team either got permission to use the car in their mod or stole that as well as all the other  GTL content

either way the only way i will add it to our servers is IF contact is made with the makers and permission is granted to use it
