GTL Lobby & Registration Issues

Just wanted to give you all an update re the Lobby and Registration issues.

After Steiny raised the question about how new owners of GTL can register for an on-line account (now that we have the lobby fix), I raised the topic with Ramon van Rijn at Racedepartment. He is the guy who found the recent fix to allow us to access the GTL Lobby / Server without needing the antideco patch.
We might have more good news, he has found a new fix to allow everyone to access the Lobby for registration purposes too. He has been in discussion with Simbin to get them to implement these fixes but in the meantime, he has developed / is developing his own fixes for us.
