Well Granada, there is no team championship in GTL-ESJ.  :)

Might be an idea to try to organise one  :hmm: What do our regular GTL-ESJ drivers think of teams  :?:

haha, superb idea!

Teams are fun imo, always have fun in pre race stuff.
Team mates who have no time for that are welcome too.
Like today in NAGT rFactor race2, Giz was in front of me holding back Mark W. and I could close up. Then I got by Mark and could defend for Giz. We ran very close to the finish in 4th and 5th. Team Cranky Pistons, yeeey!  :D :D
Team 3 Legged Dog with Lee and Tom (old Greazy) in various sims and leagues, legendary!
Team Area 51 with Dion for SJC league, great team work, exchanging setups and other info, and lots of fun!
Team SJ with Rik (T Hez) in the infamous Interleague series, very barbaric yet exciting series.

 Best I did yesterday was a 2:28.157

Go ahead, laugh!! But hopefully I can watch my mirrors and move outa the way!!

Rik's pb is a 2:07.2  :)

I'm pretty sure I'll manage 2:09 or better.

btw the season will start the first Saturday of September (5th)

Thanks Kris, I also used this to figure out it was 4 pm my time.

After realising 4am wasn't realistic for me the other night for the OSJEVO race, I'm going to try to focus and centre back to GTL. I still suck, but would like to join in.

Den in ESJ!  :excited:

I REALLY have to go and do some laps, my just-visiting lap of 2.26 is not good for my image of course. Sponsors already are looking for young replacements for the blanket Porsche nr22, oh dear!

Haha, you'll be alright mate.

(just mentioned the different 911's, fast big whale tail and lighter ducktail. Exeption; Martini car, big engine, duck tail if I remember correctly. )

 I didn't know there was a difference. Hmm....lol

I do know the whaletail is a son of a bitch to skin! I do everything and then when I put it in game it crashes. Can't quite figure what's wrong there as everything appears okay.......oh well, found a "workaround" for it.

Good news about the Porsche 917 indeed  :)

OK, I've just been thinking about the team championship. I would allow teams of up to 4 people and while gpcos will only be able to show the total number of team points (unless I can alter it in the code somewhere), the points total would be divided by the number of allocations. So that means that the average points score would determine the final teams ranking.
