help with some original GTL files

hello

sorry to ask for this stupid thing but  ... hmmm .. hehe ... ok ..  :think:

few weeks ago i installed a hud mod for GTL so that you dont have all those things on the screen when you drive in the cockpit.

its really great, but it seems i can't watch the replays with that mod as the replay crashes when i load it. After some looooong searching, i found out that another guy had the same problem and it was caused by that no-hud mod.

so hmm actually i was wondering if someone would be able to send me the original files i'm missing. That would be the ALFA_GTA_CPIT.GTL to start with. With that file i would be able to check if i can watch the replay from yesterday race. if that works maybe then ill ask for the other files i'm missing (all files would be around 45mb)

pm me please if you think you can help, we'll find a way to share the files, thx for reading

(stupid me i didnt backup, and if i can avoid reinstalling everything it would be nice)

How bout install GTL to a different directory (make a temp dir even) & steal the files you need from it. Leaving your current install intact :)

OK, here's th file.. but I think KZ has it right.. just do a fresh re-install :)

umm... I may be going over the top here, but maybe this should be moved somewhere more private, as it may be considered sharing of copyrighted materials... :nose:

I didn't mean to step on any toes... it's just with the copyright obsessed companies of today, and with [SJ] being listed as a community in the race07 handbook it might have been better to put this in the junkies only section, so public eyes cannot see it...

A bit of related spam-

Today it was revealed that good ol Ford Motor Company has put forth an effort to stop the publication of an enthusiasts based Black Mustang Club calender.  :?:

Their contention is that they own all rights to photographic representations of Ford vehicles, whether you own them or not! Just think what this means for the millions of car adds out there! rotfl
I think their time could be spent more productively in building vehicles that people actually want to buy.
