Hope you have better luck that i did with GTR Per, as i had a similar problem and when, after several e-mails they bothered to reply, they just told me "the servers been down for a few hours" Wasn't my question and had no relevance to my problem, but, its is the ONLY reply i have ever recieved from them  :oooh:
GOOD LUCK FRIEND

Since you've already registered that serial number, I think all you need to get online is the username and password you created when you first registered.  Hopefully you can remember that.

    :hand up:

The only time I ever needed to use the Serial#,.. with the exception of initial registration....(several re-installs,..2 different machines)...was when I inadvertantly loaded up a...err..different copy of the game already in use..... :dunno:
Otherwise its always been straightforward,..Username - Password....I'm back in...
P&G may throw a turd in the Punchbowl....can't say....too sick to mess with loadin up. :nope:
 Best of luck guy

My copy of GTL never came with Online code just the install code, fellow gamers directed me to Viva Media and called them, Talked to Joaquin Ligus and explained the problem-he sent me Online key to my E-Mail before I could say Hot Damm-Happy New Year there it was! not possible to ask for better customer service than that. Viva Media is also listed on my GTR & GTR2 boxes, hope this helps and good luck.

Per don't wait for 10tacle.  I've had open tickets there forever, and they never answer. :(

Good luck with Atari though. :)
