GTL Online Key?

I had experienced this when I bought the game, My copy of GTL never came with an online key but it did come with the cd-key. I went to the website and they had the serial there. Now, when I went on there website to get the serial, all it gives me is the cd-key but no online serial. I think the website has an error or something because when I went to check about a year ago, they had the serial.

Anyone know how to get the serial back? I just got Vista and I need to reenter it.

I think you can go to Viva Media and ask for another one.

If you Email them, they are generally quick to respond.  But did Viva distribute in Argentina?
