Hmmm I would tend to think there is an underlying issue in each of your sub-conscious. Find out what that is, resolve it and enjoy your sleep :)

Yeah. past life. not working and natural inclination to become nocturnal when not doing so.

I don't know how to solve this.  I'm running on a grand total of three hours sleep last night.  I'm dog tired, and can't get in the frame of mind needed to rest.

I've stayed up so long now that my stomach is screaming for food.  But I'm certain if I eat it will only make me feel more awake.

I just feel like bitching about it.  Maybe I'll change the title of the thread...

Ok I'm done bitching.  I'm going to climb in bed.  Even if it takes two hours to fall asleep, I'm not getting back out unless I have to pee.

Night SJ :)

Well, when you eat you actually need some sleep after it when the digestive process starts.. so it does work too  ;)

Up late again, and far from sleepy.  Going to eat a big sandwich and see if that does anything.

And just like that it's nearly six thirty in the morning.  The sun is coming up over the mountains, and the birds are singing.  Guess I am not going to sleep today.  Only a little tired though.

God this is weird.
